Intervue runs a structured video interview with every applicant, scores each answer against criteria you set, and flags when the person answering may not be who they say they are or may be getting help — before your team spends a minute on a call.
A video call tells you how someone performs on a video call. It doesn't tell you whether the person you picked is the person who shows up on day one — or whether they read every answer off a second screen.
Set it up once. Every candidate after that runs through the same process, automatically.
Write your own questions, use your saved library or the role-based question bank, or let AI draft them from the role. Choose what each answer is scored on, and what should happen if a candidate's ID check fails.
Each candidate gets an invite link by email. No scheduling and nothing to install: they record video answers in their browser, on a laptop or a phone, before the link expires.
Each response is transcribed and scored 0–10 against your criteria, with the candidate's own words quoted as evidence. The scores roll up into a weighted overall score and a recommendation.
Face, tab switches, gaze, other voices, phones and a change of person are watched for the whole session, not a snapshot. If you turn on the ID check, candidates scan their ID and take a selfie, and the name on the ID is matched to the name you invited.
Each candidate's page has the scores, the recommendation, the transcript and the flagged moments, so you can compare candidates and decide. Flags come with the moment they happened, and you mark each one correct or a false alarm. Nothing is rejected for you.
These are watched through the whole interview, not once at the start. Each flag comes with the moment it happened, so you decide what it means.
Records how long no face was visible on camera.
Detects a second person appearing in frame.
Counts every time the candidate leaves the interview window.
Measures time spent looking away from the screen, after a short grace period.
Flags a phone or laptop that appears in the camera view.
Flags a second voice in the recording.
Flags when the face proportions change right after a second face or a gap in view. It is also compared with the face the ID check recorded.
Measured events roll up into a single 0–100 score. It never looks at what the candidate said.
This is a simulated workspace with made-up candidates and nothing is saved. Search, filter, open a session and mark it reviewed to see how a dashboard like ours responds.
Select a candidate on the left to see their transcript and integrity breakdown.
Connections drop and cameras fail. Intervue never turns a failure into a quiet pass.
If the recording is cut short, the report says "Recording incomplete" and shows the seconds and percentage lost. A candidate whose connection drops can reopen the same link and carry on.
If the ID check fails, you decide what happens: flag it and let the interview continue, hold the candidate for your review, or block after three tries.
Flags are evidence, not verdicts. If monitoring data is lost, the report says so and recommends a review. It does not show a clean score.

One workspace for your organisation, records you can export, and an API on Enterprise.
Your organisation has owners and members, and everyone works from the same interviews, candidates and results.
Every interview keeps its transcript, scores and integrity report, even after the recording is deleted.
Create interviews and add candidates, singly or in bulk, from your own system with an API key. Test keys are available for trying it out.
No. Candidates open their invite link in a browser, on a laptop or a phone. If you turn on the ID check, a candidate on a laptop is emailed a link to finish it on their phone.
It starts at 100 and loses points for measured events: looking away, other voices, a phone or laptop in view, tab switches, a face that doesn't match, split screen and lost camera or microphone. It never looks at what the candidate said.
Yes. Write your own, save them to your question library, start from the role-based question bank, or let AI draft questions from the role description. You review them before anything goes to a candidate.
The report recommends a review and shows each flag with the moment it happened. You mark each flag correct or a false alarm. Intervue never rejects a candidate because of an integrity flag.
Turn on the ID check. The candidate scans their ID and takes a selfie, the face is compared to the ID photo, and the name read from the ID must closely match the name you invited. A name that doesn't match is sent to you for review.
Enterprise plans include an API to create interviews and add candidates from your own system. We don't have ready-made connectors for specific ATS products yet.
Video is kept for 14, 30 or 90 days depending on your plan, then deleted. The transcript, scores and integrity report stay on the candidate's record.
No. AI transcribes and scores answers against the criteria you chose, and shows its evidence. You see the scores and flags, and you decide.
The recording is saved in small pieces as the interview goes. The candidate reopens the same link and carries on while time remains. Any lost seconds show on the report.
Plans and credit packs are paid in Ghana cedis through Paystack.
